KRA 1: Marketing Campaigns and Promotions

Campaign Planning and Execution

  • Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, OOH, events, and emerging channels such as influencer and community marketing.

  • Personally contribute to campaign execution through content creation, coordination with suppliers, and on-ground activation support when needed.

  • Work closely with business units and clinical teams to translate service offerings into compelling patient-facing campaigns.

Promotional Strategy Development and Execution

  • Design promotional strategies focused on patient acquisition and retention, highlighting Asian Eye’s unique clinical expertise and premium care experience.

  • Support the execution of sales promos through promotional materials and ensuring seamless patient journey when availing promotions

  • Conduct internal market research, competitor analysis, and patient insight gathering to inform campaign direction and messaging.

Performance Tracking and Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance for leads, conversions, and ROI.

  • Analyze data and generate actionable insights and management reports.

  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on results and patient behavior.
     

Marketing Resource Management

  • Manage marketing budgets and manpower allocation to ensure efficient execution and timely expense recognition with Finance.

  • Act as Marketing Point of Contact (POC) for cross-functional strategic initiatives.

Loyalty Programs

  • Design and implement long-term patient loyalty programs in collaboration with business units to strengthen retention and lifetime value.

KRA 2: Brand Management

Brand Positioning and Governance

  • Strengthen and protect Asian Eye Institute’s brand by ensuring consistency in visual identity, tone, and messaging across all touchpoints.

  • Champion brand standards internally and externally.
     

Public Relations and External Visibility

  • Coordinate with First Philippine Holdings (FPH) Corporate Communications on PR initiatives.

  • Support media engagements, features, and corporate storytelling as required.

Content Development and Digital Presence

  • Oversee and actively participate in the creation of marketing content including:

    • Social media posts

    • Website content

    • Printed collaterals

    • Campaign visuals and copy
       

  • Manage the institute’s online presence and reputation, including website, social platforms, forums and online directories.

Brand Partnerships and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Identify, build, and manage partnerships with relevant organizations, influencers, and community groups.

  • Directly engage with partners, suppliers, and collaborators to drive co-marketing initiatives and brand visibility.

KRA 3: Marketing Performance Management

  • Own the end-to-end performance management of all marketing initiatives, from objective-setting and KPI definition to execution, evaluation, and optimization.

  • Establish clear success metrics for campaigns, promotions, brand initiatives, and partnerships (e.g., leads, conversions, cost per lead, patient acquisition, retention, and ROI).

  • Implement standardized tracking frameworks and dashboards in collaboration with analytics, IT, and Finance to ensure data accuracy and visibility.

  • Lead post-campaign reviews to identify insights, best practices, and improvement opportunities, and translate learnings into future marketing strategies.

  • Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to management, linking marketing outcomes to business and clinical objectives.
    Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the marketing team through performance reviews, goal alignment, and data-driven decision-making.
     

KRA 4: People Management

Talent and Performance Management

  • Set clear goals and performance expectations for team members.

  • Drive accountability through regular feedback, coaching, recognition, and performance improvement plans.

  • Foster a culture of ownership, agility, and collaboration.
     

Capability Building

  • Assess team development needs and create learning pathways aligned with business goals.

  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring.

  • Lead brand training sessions to ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across the organization.
     

Workload and Schedule Management

  • Ensure fair workload distribution through strategic assessment of staffing needs and competencies.

  • Promote healthy work practices, clear roles, and team coordination across departments and locations.

  • Support schedule planning, leave management, and operational coverage.
     

Other Responsibilities

  • Conduct internal market studies and patient journey assessments to identify growth opportunities.

  • Stay updated on healthcare marketing trends, digital innovations, and competitive landscape.

  • Represent Marketing in internal meetings, projects, and cross-functional initiatives.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support institutional objectives.
