Grover Precision is seeking an Engineering Manager, to be based in the Oxford Office. The Engineering Manager is a key member of the Leadership Team. They are responsible for running the day-to-day technical aspects of manufacturing, longer-term project planning / execution, and setting strategic technical direction for the company.
Grover Precision was founded in 1983 and is a world-class provider of deep hole drilling services and precision tubing and cannulated bar. Our focus remains on partnering with our customers to understand their needs and help solve their problems, which is why many of our original customers are still with over 40 years later. By combining deep technical knowledge with dedication to service, we have grown from a small shop serving a New England customer base to a trusted supplier to medical, aerospace, and other manufacturing companies throughout the world.
