Latin America Finance Business Partner - Sales & Marketing and Field Operations

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, dynamic and hands-on Finance Business Partner to support our Sales & Marketing and Field Operations teams across the Latin America region. This is a high-impact role where you will play a critical part in driving business performance, offering strategic financial insights, and providing actionable recommendations to enable growth and operational efficiency. You will be the key finance partner for these teams, working closely with Latam senior leadership to track field and sales performance, and ensure that business goals are met within budget.

On a typical day you will:

  • Strategic Financial Partnering: Serve as a trusted partner to Sales & Marketing and Field Operations teams, working on the databases and providing financial insights that drive decision-making and support business strategies.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for Sales & Marketing and Field Operations organizations. Develop and maintain rolling forecasts, track budget variances, and ensure financial targets are aligned with operational goals.
  • Business Performance Analysis: Analyze financial data and key performance metrics for both Sales & Marketing and Field Operations. Provide insights into revenue generation, profitability, and cost control, helping to optimize spending and improve financial outcomes.
  • Cost Management & Efficiency: Collaborate with operational leaders to identify areas for cost reduction, process improvements, and operational efficiencies within the sales and field operations domains.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities in the business. Present clear, actionable recommendations based on financial analysis.
  • KPIs and Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the success of sales and marketing campaigns and field operations. Ensure alignment with business objectives and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with world headquarters in Finance, Sales & Marketing, and Field Operations, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment between financial and operational goals.
  • Ad Hoc Financial Support: Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support as needed for special projects, strategic initiatives, and decision-making processes.


What You Will Need to be Successful:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Economics or Engineering (MBA or professional finance qualification preferred).
  • Fluent English and Spanish. Strong interaction with Latin America countries and headquarters in the United States, through conference calls and in person meetings.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in managerial roles as finance business partnering, and/or financial planning & analysis, ideally with experience in Sales & Marketing and/or Operations environments.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data, draw insights, and make strategic recommendations.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of sales, marketing, and field operations metrics and the ability to translate these into actionable financial strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data in a clear and compelling way to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel skills (including financial modeling) and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) Oracle Hyperion Financial Management.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally with various business units and senior leadership to influence decision-making.
  • Problem Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying financial trends and issues.
