    Position Responsibilities:

    • Support to design and implement remuneration, sales incentives, promotions, campaigns that drive sales along with the company strategy
    • Conduct analysis to support promotions and campaigns to create incremental values to the business
    • Review the initiatives from financial, risk, operational and effectiveness perspective, obtain approval for the business case
    • Understand the business needs to design short term or medium term remuneration and incentives programs to drive changes in achieving the business objective
    • Work with operation team to formulate an optimal solution to implement the ideas
    • Discuss programs initiatives, build and maintain good relationship with distribution channels

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Accounting/Economics/Actuarial Science, with at least 8 years work experience in insurance industry
    • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in numbers
    • Proficient in MS Office application, in particular MS Excel application for conducting data analytics
    • Self-motivated and committed to deliver quality results with open-mind to new ideas
    • Good presentation skills and interpersonal skills
