Summary: Workato Administrator to manage and support our enterprise automation workflows and integrations using the Workato platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with integration tools, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure seamless data flow between systems. • Workato Platform Administration: Managing recipes, connections, workspace configurations, and user access. • API Integration Knowledge: Understanding REST/SOAP APIs, authentication, and data formats (JSON, XML). Roles and Responsibilities: • Administer and maintain the Workato platform, including user access, workspace configurations, and system settings. • Monitor and troubleshoot live integrations and automation workflows to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. • Deploy, schedule, and manage Workato recipes (automation workflows), connections, and lookup tables. • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and application owners to manage integration requests and enhancements. • Perform routine health checks, audits, and error log reviews to identify and resolve issues proactively. • Ensure governance, security, and compliance of integrations in accordance with company policies. • Document integration flows, changes, and administration procedures. • Support change management, testing, and deployment processes for Workato-related projects. Professional and Technical Experience: • Hands-on experience administering and managing Workato platform environments, including workspace setup, recipe deployment, and connection management. • Strong knowledge of API integration concepts, including REST and SOAP APIs, authentication methods (OAuth, API keys), and data exchange formats such as JSON and XML. • Proficient in monitoring and troubleshooting integration workflows, including error handling, logging, and performance optimization in Workato. • Experience working with enterprise applications commonly integrated via Workato, such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, ServiceNow, Slack, and others. • Familiarity with data mapping and transformation techniques to ensure data consistency and accuracy between systems. • Basic scripting or logic configuration skills within Workato, such as formula expressions, conditional logic, and looping. • Understanding of security best practices in integration platforms, including data encryption, access controls, and compliance standards. • Experience with version control, change management, and deployment workflows related to integration projects. • Knowledge of system administration tasks like user provisioning, role management, and permissions configuration within Workato. • Experience working within Agile development or IT operations teams is a plus. • Minimum of XX years or more of experience in a similar role. • Proven experience with middleware design . • Familiar with a variety of operating systems and platforms. Education Qualification: • B.E/B Tech/MCA or above.
