The (USA) Product Manager II plays a key role in supporting the product development lifecycle by contributing to roadmap planning, conducting detailed research and analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance subcategory products. This position requires effective communication of technical requirements, proactive issue identification, and partnership with business and engineering stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and alignment with organizational values to drive customer-focused results and support Walmart’s mission of operational excellence and innovation.
The team drives the development and execution of technology roadmaps, focusing on enhancing product features and site functionality within specific subcategories. Collaborating closely with category and marketing teams, members analyze data and market insights to inform product strategies. They support all stages of the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery. The team values clear communication, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages feedback and professional growth. Their efforts contribute to delivering impactful solutions that meet customer and business needs effectively.

The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00-$186,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
