Job Description:

We are looking for someone who can help us improve our services and customer satisfaction by performing administrative tasks in the Brokerage department. You are part of that team!

What will you do in a typical day?

  • This position performs general brokerage tasks and assesses fees for the importation of international parcels. It prepares and adjusts the necessary means for the arrival of the plane/truck and the corresponding communications with customs.
  • Ensures that the assessment of customs duties and taxes complies with local customs and tax regulations.
  • Contacts customers, when necessary, to obtain information required to proceed with customs clearance.
  • Prepares reports and assists the supervisor in managing and organizing the early‑morning team.
  • Resolves issues related to customs declarations and cargo manifests.
  • Performs other technical and administrative tasks inherent to the role.

What do we expect from you?

  • Customs certification – preferred
  • Previous experience in a customs environment
  • Intermediate (B1) level of English (written and spoken) – preferred
  • Completion of secondary education (12th grade) – preferred
  • Fluency in Portuguese
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Results orientation
  • Problem‑solving skills
  • Team spirit
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 00:00 to 08:00
