Project Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
Must have skills : IBM AS /400 Administration
Good to have skills : Cloud Infrastructure

Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as a vital link between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, addressing their concerns, and ensuring that our high-quality systems operate seamlessly. You will leverage your exceptional communication skills to provide support and solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and system reliability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving client issues effectively. - Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and client experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM AS /400 Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cloud Infrastructure. - Familiarity with system monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance. - Understanding of application support processes and methodologies. - Ability to document and communicate technical information clearly. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in IBM AS /400 Administration. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
