Position Summary

1. Establish and manage a sales strategy and method optimized for the respective market based on the global/regional strategy to maximize revenue and profit.
2. Establish a foundation for revenue and profit maximization based on a firm trust and cooperation with global branches/clients.
3. Establish a foundation for revenue and profit maximization through continuous communication and assistance to the respective region/organization.

Role and Responsibilities

1. [Sales Goal Management] Analyze optimal sales goals that can lead to continuous growth in the assigned region/organization and motivate employees.
2. [Sales Strategy Management] Based on the analysis of market, product, and competitor data, analyze the optimal sales strategy to achieve sales goals.
3. [Corporate Sales Support] Take charge and provide material and human resources support to help the assigned region/organization achieve its planned goals.
4. [Corporate Monitoring, Opportunity Discovery, and Risk Management] Monitor the sales and operational status, issues, etc.of the assigned region/organization, and resolve risk factors through communication.
5. [Establishment of a Channel-specific Sales Strategy] Establish an optimal sales strategy to achieve sales targets based on the analysis of trading partners, commercial areas, and products.
6. [Sales Execution] Execute goal-based sales through collaboration with trading partners.
