Who we're looking for:

Are you a creative and dynamic individual passionate about digital marketing and content creation? We are seeking a skilled Multimedia Designer to join our team at Wunderman Thompson. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of expertise in social and digital content creation, proficiency in UX/UI, email design, and a strong knack for animation. This role involves working closely with our VAP content creation team on tobacco-related projects, requiring a keen awareness of marketing strategies within highly regulated sectors.

What you'll be doing:

 

  • Developing compelling and engaging social and digital content aligned with marketing strategies.
  • Crafting CRM communications and impactful email designs, integrating UX/UI principles for optimal user experiences.
  • Collaborating with the VAP content creation team, ensuring the delivery of innovative multimedia content within regulatory frameworks.
  • Creating animations that not only captivate but also align with design aesthetics and brand guidelines.
  • Contributing to paid ad campaigns, including Google Ads and other digital marketing initiatives.
  • You will work closely with the English content writer and VAP content creator to develop engaging content for tobacco-related products.
  • Participating in assessments to continuously refine and enhance our multimedia content strategies.

 

What you'll need:

 

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in multimedia design, with a focus on social and digital content creation.
  • Proficiency in UX/UI principles, email design, and a strong grasp of design software and tools.
  • Demonstrated skills in animation, blending artistic creativity with a design-centered
  • Experience in CRM communications, email campaigns, and a familiarity with paid media, particularly Google Ads.
  • A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual content.
  • Adaptability and a collaborative spirit to work effectively within a team and alongside content writers.
  • An understanding of regulated industries such as tobacco, and the ability to create content compliant with industry standards.
