Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support service sales by handling spare parts inquiries and coordinating the end-to-end customer supply process to ensure high service quality, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will support the end-to-end product/system/service development process. You will also showcase your expertise by managing spare parts evolution with respect to product/system/service Life Cycle Management shifts.

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

The work model for the role is: #Li-Onsite

This role is contributing to the Electrification business in Service division at Nashik, India.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Assisting in the resolution of customer spare parts issues.
  • Participating in determining sales targets for sales force.
  • Cooperating to embed spare parts highlights into product/system/service training to internal teams and customers.
  • Assisting sales and marketing teams in the launch and selling of spare parts associated to new products/systems/services.

Qualifications for the role
  • You are immersed in project management function in switchgear market
  • You have 5 to 8 years of experience in supporting service sales on spare parts enquiries and coordinating the entire customer supply process, implementation, and execution, to achieve high-level service quality, operational efficiency, on-time delivery, order growth, and customer satisfaction.
  • Possess an enhanced knowledge of LV Switchgear (coil, motor, mechanism, breaker & ACB)
  • Degree in Electrical / Mechanical engineering (should be full-time)
  • You are at ease communicating in English
