Promote & grow our Parts & Repairs Services offer, predominantly in the United Kingdom & the Nordics to our existing installed base, by focussing on general enquiries, spare part list for new projects and service contracts. As well as providing key account management on larger projects, this role will require approaching existing and new customers to develop our strategy, manage key opportunities to order closure and grow the pipeline. They will be responsible for generating leads and establish a direct customer relationship.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

•    Increase the pipeline of short & medium-term enquiries by identifying and ‘creating’ new opportunities with the customer
•    For key opportunities understand the negotiation position to achieve the maximum amount out of the opportunity
•    Work with technical, commercial, legal & sales leadership, where appropriate, to build the winning team
•    Pro-actively negotiate with the customer to order close-out
•    Cover a variety of solutions and market areas but specifically focussed on Parts 
•    Provide sales support for solutions and services delivered out of the UK and primarily booked under the UK P&L
•    Accountable for the quarterly and annual Sales targets (orders, margins and down payment)
•    Identify the ‘untapped’ customer base and execute a schedule to ensure regular direct customer contact
•    Develop, implement and drive strategies (externally and internally) to maximize conversion of qualified leads to orders
•    Coordinate with the respective quoting teams to structure winning proposals
•    Single point of customer contact to address commercial and technical requirements for any parts proposals
•    Understand the operational needs for a compliant sales process (including pacing, booking and handover)
•    Participate in the overall commercial process rhythm
•    Timely maintain and provide accurate SFDC opportunity records
•    Engage with regional ITO / OTR teams in order to address customer challenges raised during customer engagements
•    Develop and work with the wider Industrial sales team to promote and run specific parts sales campaigns focused on the IB, new IB, LTSA’s & CMU’s
Qualifications
1.    Batchelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent knowledge and experience
2.    Proven Sales or customer service experience in a transactional environment
3.    Marketing and data analytics experience
