Program Management Senior Analyst, AVP

Citi is seeking a highly motivated candidate for a Program Management Senior Analyst position in the Program Management Office (PMO) within Technology & Foundational Services. The candidate will be responsible for applying in-depth subject matter expertise and contributing to improvement of processes, training, and communications for the area or function. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the PMO and will coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business. Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize, and validate potentially complex material from multiple sources. Strong communication, writing, and facilitation skills are required.

Responsibilities:

  • Participates in authoring and delivery of internal communications

  • Creates and manages training resources for the PM Community

  • Contributes to change management and organizational readiness for the PM Community

  • Coordinates and disseminates information of process, procedure, and tool changes

  • Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge of concepts and procedures within own area to resolve issues

  • Drives and encourages collaboration and engagement across teams globally

  • Partners with key stakeholders within and external to TFS, ensuring the team is abreast of business, technology, compliance, regulatory, HR, and CPMC expectations and guidelines

  • Participates in UAT and Organizational Readiness for Citi’s internal Project Management tool

  • Analyzes current processes to suggest and define improvements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, and ability to facilitate large-scale discussions and training sessions

  • Self-motivated and well organized, ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly

  • Ability to quickly grasp and master new concepts, requirements, and related product/functional knowledge

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years relevant project management or analyst experience

  • 5+ years experience with capabilities, training, or communications

  • Knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS), DominKnow, Slido, and CitiStream are benefits.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$87,280.00 - $130,920.00
