Job Summary

1.    Manage end to end material flow to meet business forecasted volume and Revenue
2.    Maintain high level of responsiveness to customers with accurate commit dates and quickly turn around to customer expedites.
3.    Set right inventory strategy to meet competitiveness LT required by market, or customer specific requirements 
4.    Own the KPI of fill rate% to commit, fill rate% to CLT and CRD, balanced with Inventory DIO. 
5.    Optimize material loading vs. consumption, mitigate E&O

About the Job

• Based on QTR volume fcst, to work on a master plan to meet the fcst demand. Conduct OFP meetings to address the supply constraints, connecting Ops and PMs. 20%
• Manage the sales order commits per weekly production plan, adjust TRLT to ensure LF meet commit, adjust the confirmed dates to reflect the accurate delivery schedule to customers.   20%
• Monitor the Sales order vs. fcst, act accordingly in product plan and inventory plan, and communicate clearly between Ops and PMs, to ensure smooth / linear production. 15%
• Monitor daily operation and report Mfg WO schedule adherence, work with Ops to analysis and solve unplanned issues, escalate where there is risk of future supply.

• Coordinate deliveries/expedites with global customer service, as well as pull in / push out / cancellation requests, bridge instructions of material movements to Logistic/ WH team.10%
• Analysis of the SO lines of failing Commit LT & CLT&CRD, provide corrective actions to ensure the KPI been meet 10%
• Optimize the loading schedule, batch size, alternative BOM etc to maximize material consumption and minimize E&O 10%

About You

• Education: Bachelor or above
• Five to seven years of experience with at least two years at a supervisor level
• Supervisory skills
• Data analysis skill
• Both oral and written communication skills in English
