医学相关专业本科毕业，硕士优先 有电生理行业背景优先 良好的医学专业英文 具有管理经验，能够带领团队创造价值 能按时完成销售指标 具有良好的口头和书面表达能力 为人诚恳、正直、诚信 能独立完成工作职责，并通过相关知识考试

工作职责:

1.区域管理和发展

• 根据所管辖区域的销售目标，制订并执行适合该区域的销售计划；
• 指导和监督区域内产品专员建立销售计划和达成销售指标；
• 发展和维持与重点客户的良好合作关系，以促进业务的持续增长；
• 安排和协调适合区域业务发展的各项市场及学术活动；
• 负责区域内招投标工作的完成。

2.区域销售渠道的建立和管理

• 在所管辖区域内，建立合理有效的代理商网络，确保目标医院的全面覆盖；
• 发展新的代理商，不断优化代理商网络的结构，督促代理商完成销售目标；
• 协助产品专员对代理商及其销售人员的培训和管理。

3.团队管理和发展

• 积极发展和培养人才，建立一支高凝聚力的队伍；
• 定期指导和提供反馈给下属，提升下属的工作绩效和能力；
• 在区域内树立积极正面的形象并定期跟踪下属的工作情况以确保下属的工作规范符合公司要求。

4. 专业性要求

• 掌握BW工作所需的基本的专业知识和产品知识；
• 区域学习的理论知识和简单跟台场景的知识和技能应用；
• 将基本的专业知识和产品知识应用到实际工作场景，提升学员在阵发性房颤、RVOT PVC和AFL的跟台实践和客户沟通能力；
• 精通阵发性房颤跟台、产品及客户沟通能力掌握室早和典型房扑的跟台。
