Responsibilities:
Communicate extensively, both verbally and in writing, with stakeholders, technicians, and engineers throughout the project lifecycle.
Present plans, answer questions, and provide regular customer updates.
Identify potential issues affecting quality, cost, or timeframe, and recommend solutions to mitigate their impact.
Promote and foster a positive culture and environment for resource management to maximize throughput and retention.
Assess the business and organizational implications of various strategies.
Travel for in-person design review meetings, where the Technical Program Manager will host and lead discussions.
Additional Requirements:
Experience in defining business and technical requirements and managing resources.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent responsibilities of varying priorities, and to efficiently shift focus with minimal loss of productivity or work quality.
Knowledge of Motorola Radio systems and equipment is desired.

Target Base Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000 USD
