About the Team

Marketing Advisory: We ensure strong and continuous partnership with our stakeholders, proactively surface insights and address business challenges, standardize analytics support, and evolve our insights across Marketing and beyond to enhance performance reporting and enable data-driven decision-making.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sr. Associate, Data Analytics to join the Marketing Advisory team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in empowering data-driven decision-making by collecting, analyzing, and visualizing key data from various sources, with a primary focus on assessing data quality, pulling data from multiple sources, merging that data and then analyzing the results. You will be responsible for developing reports, dashboards, and analyses that provide valuable insights into marketing effectiveness, customer behavior, and overall business trends.

About You

Responsibilities:

  • Extract, clean, and analyze data from Salesforce, and other relevant sources.

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Tableau to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

  • Perform ad-hoc data analysis to answer business questions and support strategic initiatives.

  • Identify trends, patterns, and outliers in data to provide recommendations for optimization and improvement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations) to understand their data needs and deliver effective solutions.

  • Maintain data integrity and ensure data quality across systems.

  • Stay current with the latest data analysis tools, techniques, and best practices.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1+ year prior experience in a data analysis role

  • Proven proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly Tableau.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis techniques.

  • Required: Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting and data extraction.

  • Required: Advanced knowledge of Tableau Desktop (creating dashboards, calculated fields, data blending).

Other Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

  • Preferred: Experience with SQL for data querying and manipulation.


Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
