Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance and contract janitorial personnel.

• Perform daily/monthly performance checks on various warehouse and stationary monitoring equipment.

• Maintain audit ready documentation filing for processes and building systems.

• Identify, hire, and coordinate activities of outside contractors to perform repairs and maintenance of the facility and facility equipment.

• Initiate, maintain and retire GMP and non-GMP equipment and related maintenance work orders in CMMS.

• Request and review proposals for new equipment, maintenance contracts, light construction projects, landscaping, etc.

• Monitor environmental conditions within the facility and maintain/monitor temperature and humidity monitoring equipment.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 2-4 years of experience.  However, a combination of experience and /or education will be taken into consideration.

• Must possess knowledge of HVAC controls, security systems, fire systems and electrical systems.

• Must possess exemplary record keeping skills and pay meticulous attention to detail.

• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Must have the ability to effectively communicate with all employees and all levels of management.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.

• Powered Industrial Equipment and Hazardous Waste certification required.

• Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
