Position: ORMB Specialist Experience: 3-5 Years About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in configuring ORMB systems, understanding various modules, executing data migrations to ORMB instances, and managing integrations. This role is critical in ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of our billing and revenue management processes. Key Responsibilities: Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize the ORMB system to meet business requirements. Implement changes to pricing, billing, and revenue management processes within the ORMB platform. Ensure system configurations align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Module Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the various ORMB modules including customer management, product management, billing, invoicing, collections, and reporting. Provide module-specific solutions to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness. Data Migration: Plan and execute data migration strategies to transfer existing data into the ORMB system. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness during migration processes. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues encountered during data migration. Integrations: Design and implement integrations between ORMB and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, payment gateways). Monitor and maintain integration points to ensure seamless data flow and process continuity. Collaborate with IT teams to resolve integration-related issues. Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support for ORMB users, addressing system issues and user queries. Conduct regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance. Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users. Qualifications: Experience: 3-5 years of experience working with Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB). Proven track record in configuring and customizing ORMB systems. Hands-on experience with data migration and integration projects. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and other relevant programming languages. Strong understanding of Oracle database management. Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and tools. Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Oracle certification in ORMB or related areas. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
