Summary: As a Project Manager, you will embedded with customer teams to orchestrate end-to-end delivery of AI-first solutions in fast, time-boxed programs.You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that the data Engineer is robust, scalable, and efficient, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the data landscape of the organization, enabling data-driven decision-making and fostering innovation through effective data management practices. Responsibilities: • Plan and run 90-day engagements: scoping, checkpoints, handover, retros. • Drive weekly demos, progress tracking, and stakeholder alignment. • Enable technical and business ‘pivot vs. persevere’ decisions. • Coordinate across streams (Product, Eng, Data/ML, DevOps, Design) for release management and AI governance expectations. Nice to Have: • 5–10 yrs PM/Program Lead in software/cloud (ideally embedded FDE or agile environments). • Proven track record leading multi-stream, FDE programs through 90-day lifecycle cycles (scope, sprints, delivery, retros). • Strong comms and PM skills. • Hands-on with Jira/Azure DevOps, Confluence, Excel/Sheets, PM and collaboration tools. • Familiarity with SAP landscapes, release/change management, and basic AI/ML project dynamics. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Engineering/Machine learning - This position is based at our Bengaluru/Pune office. Educational Qualification: - 15 years full time education is required.
