Your responsibilities

  • Drive security evaluation and certification activities for secure products (e.g., Secure Elements, MCUs, MPUs) within established cybersecurity product certification schemes

  • Assess and ensure security compliance across products and development processes in alignment with secure development standards and applicable cybersecurity regulations

  • Contribute to the evolution and definition of cybersecurity certification approaches for emerging markets such as IoT, automotive, and industrial systems

  • Represent the organization in standardization and industry bodies, contributing to the development of security-related specifications and frameworks

  • Act as a technical interface between internal stakeholders (e.g., product teams, system architects) and external parties (e.g., certification bodies, evaluation labs, auditors)

  • Collaborate with external consultants, partners, and international working groups to shape the cybersecurity certification landscape

  • Support the development and execution of the technical certification strategy across product lines and business domains

As candidate for this role, you

  • Hold a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD is a plus)

  • Bring experience in cybersecurity product certification and evaluation, including interaction with certification bodies and evaluation labs

  • Have strong understanding of secure product development lifecycle, cybersecurity engineering, and compliance frameworks

  • Have experience with process and system certifications (e.g., secure development, quality, or information security frameworks)

  • Have at least 5 years of experience in security engineering, embedded systems, or product security certification

  • Demonstrate knowledge of System-on-Chip architectures and secure microcontrollers (considered an advantage)

  • Bring experience or strong interest in automation and digitalization of security workflows, including:

    • Use of AI / LLM-based tools to support engineering or compliance activities

    • Development or application of automation pipelines, agents, or tooling for documentation, analysis, or certification processes

  • Are self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of managing complex technical topics

  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Are well organized with strong time management and prioritization skills

Please note: The successful candidate may/will be responsible for security related tasks. The assignment may/will be in scope of security certifications, therefore a conscious and reliable way of working is necessary.
