This role is within our Leadership Development & Pipeline Team, part of Talent Development & Organizational Effectiveness team, within the People Organisation. As temporary cover for the Sr Talent Analyst, you will be an important supporting contributor to global talent strategies and programs across the Enterprise.
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
Manage existing project plans to ensure milestones are met
Complete a monthly budget tracker, and process invoices from vendor partners
Identify and recommend any improvements to processes and policies
Keep stakeholders up-to-date
Participate in project review meetings, and take agreed personal actions
Answer questions from employees regarding Talent programs and resources, helping to solve any access issues that users are facing
Monitor Leadership Development & Pipeline mailbox
Create and send dashboards and presentations for Talent programs
Update Sharepoint Sites
Send out pre/post program communications to participants, and track attendance
Support facilitators by acting as session producer
