Functional (job responsibilities)
· Prepare strategic plan, budget and forecast and monitor performance
· Prepare of the monthly financial and management reporting pack, including commentary and analysis.
· Lead the increase of greater cost awareness across the business.
· Maintain Fixed Asset register & stock take
· Monitor and investigate large and unusual transactions then provide recommendations as to potential approaches/solutions.
· Perform a provision of analysis and advice on management accounting issues relating to country results and how the performance can be improved.
· Proactively promote relationship with related business unit, based on mutual understanding of roles and agreed standards for performance and interactions.
· Control business direct costs and capital costs in accordance to tax advice.
· Keep up to date on risk trends and issues to increase your awareness and minimize loss.
· Manage and maintain financial control, process and process and to update to all relevant internal stakeholder on any change.
· Perform as an acting Head of Finance when required.
· Manage all finance system related.
· Work with other tasks assigned by Line Manager or CEO
Experience/Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in business, finance and related experiences
· At least 5 experience in leading Finance in banking
· Strong knowledge of accounting standard would be a distinct advantage; in particular, knowledge of the IFRS implication and banking regulatory environments
· Good knowledge of management accounting and financial reporting techniques.
· Good computer/systems literacy, including strong Excel skills and knowledge.
· Have a superior ability to quickly diagnose, develop alternatives and solve problems using a flexible approach.
· Good analytical skills.
· Self-motivated, self-starter, demonstrated initiative and a strong desire to improve processes.
· Good Leadership and motivation skills.
