Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architectures tailored for platforms, products, or client engagements. This role requires defining robust solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that architectural designs align with strategic objectives and operational requirements, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the technology lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies to enhance architectural frameworks.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth and project success.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of technology strategies with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HANA DB Administration.
- Strong expertise in database management, performance tuning, and system optimization within SAP HANA environments.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-availability database architectures to support enterprise applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex database issues and implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies specific to SAP HANA.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements related to database administration.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP HANA DB Administration.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
