Job Description Summary:

This position is responsible for the oversight of the inpatient clinical and non-clinical rounding staff. The position will have direct oversight of the staffing needs and policies and procedures to efficiently and effectively support the rounding physicians in providing inpatient hospital care.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's Degree in Nursing
Active Ohio or multi-state RN license in good standing
Years of experience: 2 to 3

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
Must hold a current registered nurse license from the State of Ohio in good standing
3 Years of experience as a nurse with at least 2 years in a critical care environment and 2 years of management experience.
