The Work:

SAP Public Cloud Order to Cash (OTC) Manager in the technology solutions team of Accenture Technology operates at the intersection of Strategy, Process, Data, and Technology.  As a manager, you will drive OTC business advisory through end-to-end project delivery, which means that you will be involved in all stages of a project, from strategy to implementation.  You play a key role in business development and relationship management with our clients across various industries, focusing on OTC project delivery & Transformation engagements.

As a Manager, you will contribute beyond project delivery to also focus on pre-sales, using thought leadership to co-create, shape and sell new offerings to our clients. You will leverage your proven, existing, and extensive external network to achieve the growth ambitions of your service.

Responsibilities:

  • Work on client projects to provide SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Project Management.
  • Leading the client workshops based on industry best practices and S/4 HANA capabilities.
  • Translating business requirements into S/4HANA design.
  • Understanding of SAP delivered tools such as SAP CALM, CBC (Central Business Configurations)
  • Drawing up the business (and technical) blueprint regarding S/4HANA design.
  • Advising the client on improvement actions within the client's field of work (by means of interviews and workshops).
  • Designing and implementing process improvements through the project cycle (design, build, test, training, go-live, post-go-live support).
  • Ensure the alignment between IT and business regarding S/4HANA transformation.
  • Hands-on configuration of S/4HANA Cloud.
  • Delivering S/4HANA ('train-the-trainer) training sessions for project members.
  • Undergo SAP Certification in SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud and SAP Activate.
  • Some opportunities to work remotely depending on client requirements.
  • Provide input into pre-sales opportunities as and when needed.

Travel:

  • Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s what you need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Strategy, Business, Sales, Economics, and related topics.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project delivery in Order to Cash, either through strategy or management consulting, or finance function industry experience.

Good to Have's:

  • Master's degree in Strategy, Business, Sales, Economics, and related topics.
  • Experience with the challenges that CFOs face, finance operating models, intelligent finance processes and enabling ERP technologies.
  • Experience with sales data modelling, analytics and data visualization, artificial intelligence, and machine learning technologies.
  • Experienced with analyzing the OTC processes in an organization and designing its processes/systems based on S/4HANA processes and functionality.
  • Ability to tell stories by delivering compelling presentations and narratives.
  • Leadership and communication skills to mentor, challenge, advise, and coach team members and foster a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, demanding and team-oriented environment.
  • Experienced in SAP S/4HANA Sales (certification will be an advantage).
  • Experience in managing SAP ERP projects & Transformations; at least 2 full life-cycle S/4 HANA implementation projects.
  • Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
  • Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
  • Proven knowledge and experience in SAP S/4 modules (FI/CO, Central Finance, Treasury and Cash Reporting).
  • Ability to manage 3rd party resources.
  • Knowledge of SAP-related products and market developments.
  • Understand the differences between Mid-market & Large Enterprises.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
