We are looking for a skilled Technical Recruiter to manage professional hiring for our Product & Technology functions.

We’re expanding our technical talent hub in Mexico, and are looking for a collaborative, experienced technical recruiter to support this exciting project. In this role, you’ll recruit top tier engineering and technical talent that will accelerate our business growth. This is an excellent opportunity to partner closely with our product, engineering, and technology leaders, and to establish Mexico as a key center of excellence within Amex GBT.

What You’ll Do

• Full cycle recruitment process from sourcing through execution of offer
• Prepare recruitment materials, coach and consult hiring leaders on recruitment strategy and interview best practices, post jobs and assess candidate funnel
• Source, screen, and conduct initial interviews with qualified candidates for all positions within assigned line of business, schedule follow-up interviews with management and debrief meetings
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with leadership and stakeholders to understand their business and staffing needs and become a true talent partner to the organization
• Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and tools to effectively source passive candidates and build a robust pipeline for future business requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Workday ATS highly preferred
• 3 + years prior experience in technical recruitment
• Experience prioritizing their own requisition load
• Exhibit sense of urgency to fill positions
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to develop relationships with all levels of management
• Proven record of success in filling roles, hitting goals and meeting deadlines
• Strong experience with Boolean searches and proactive sourcing on job boards
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
