The ideal candidate is highly analytical and business savvy, excels at reporting and project management, able to independently manage priorities and multitask, and can partner with key decision makers to drive to successful outcomes.
Reporting to the Manager of Global Sales Operations - GTM and Reporting, the Sales Operations Analyst will primarily focus on reporting sales metrics out of our CRM. Using knowledge of the company’s products and services, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: sales pipeline reporting, deal conversion rates, analyzing market opportunities,  systems enhancements to support sales org, and dashboard development.  You will partner with cross-functional teams including: Sales, Customer Success, Services, IT (Biztech), Finance/FP&A, and the rest of the Operations team to align resources to facilitate sales bookings success

Specific Responsibilities:
Partner with the Sales Operations Manager and sales team to identify reporting needs and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Design and develop insightful dashboards in Thoughtspot & Salesforce that effectively communicate key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and insights to various stakeholders.
Develop and maintain comprehensive reports in Salesforce, including: Sales performance reports (e.g., pipeline, quota attainment, win/loss analysis)Activity reports Customer & Market segmentation reports Competitive analysis reports Use data analysis (including SQL) to identify trends, outliers, and opportunities for improvement.
Communicate key findings and insights to the Sales Operations Manager, sales team, and other stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable format.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data quality and reporting efficiency.
Stay up-to-date on data analysis best practices and new technologies relevant to sales operations.
