Job Summary

Ichikoh Industries (Thailand) Co. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Production Trainee to join our manufacturing team. This entry-level position offers a comprehensive learning experience within our production operations, with the goal of developing a skilled professional capable of contributing to our high-quality automotive lighting and mirror products.

Job Responsibilities

* Learn and understand various stages of the production process, including assembly, molding, painting, and quality control.
* Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment under the supervision of experienced personnel.
* Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment on the production floor.
* Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines rigorously.
* Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and product knowledge.
* Identify and report any production issues, equipment malfunctions, or quality deviations to supervisors.
* Support inventory management activities, including material handling and product movement.
* Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive and productive work atmosphere.
* Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Job Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent; a technical vocational certificate or diploma in a related field (e.g., Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, Mechanical) is a plus.
* Strong willingness to learn and a proactive attitude.
* Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently or as part of a team.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic understanding of manufacturing principles or a strong interest in industrial processes.
* Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* Familiarity with safety protocols in a production setting is an advantage.
