Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and diagnosing issues across various critical business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and collaborating with different teams to ensure seamless operation and minimal disruption. The position demands continuous vigilance and adaptability to maintain the integrity and performance of essential applications, supporting business continuity and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Document findings and resolutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance system reliability and user experience.
- Support junior team members by sharing insights and providing guidance on technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance standards relevant to enterprise environments.
- Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow GRC modules to align with organizational policies.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of issues.
- Familiarity with incident management and change management processes within IT service management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering timely and effective solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
