As our new Student Assistant, you will support our daily operations within customer service, course coordination, and a variety of administrative tasks. You will join a competent and engaged team that takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
The position offers flexible working hours of 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs. Working hours will primarily be scheduled during office hours, and we expect you to work a minimum of two hours every Friday before 15:00.
You will play an important role within the team and work independently on tasks across several departments. In return, you will gain experience in a dynamic and international work environment, interacting with both national and international customers and partners.
Key responsibilities
Your primary tasks will include:
Delivering excellent customer experience, both in person and through phone and email communication.
Managing various practical tasks in our reception area.
Coordinating and booking participants for training courses and hotel accommodation.
Collaborating with course administration and customer service teams on a global level.
Supporting the business with a variety of ad hoc administrative tasks.
We are looking for
We are looking for an outgoing, reliable and service-minded colleague with a keen eye for detail. You are professional, organized, and thrive in a sometimes high-paced environment.
You may have recently graduated from a gymnasium and should be available to work with us for a minimum of 12 months.

Qualifications
You should be comfortable communicating mostly in English both in writing and speaking. You should also be familiar with the MS-Office package.
