What You Will Do

As a Senior HVAC Spare Parts Sales Engineer, you will report directly to the Sales Manager, Aftermarket. You will be a key player in our growing team, responsible for achieving sales targets in the Istanbul territory across our diverse HVAC portfolio. Your focus will be on selling innovative products such as UVC, Air Curtains, Hydromix, Filter Driers, Adiabatic Cooling, and various installation and consumable equipment. You’ll thrive in a vibrant environment that leverages your expertise to generate new business opportunities.

How You Will Do It

• Chase, qualify, and close new sales opportunities with competitive, high-quality proposals.
• Sell technical services for the YORK brand and other competitive chiller brands, demonstrating your deep market knowledge.
• Develop long-term customer relationships, driving growth in your territory.
• Utilize your excellent planning and time management skills to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

What We Look For

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or Refrigeration.
• Minimum 3 years in the HVAC-R spare parts business, with familiarity in consumable parts.
• Ability to design technical solutions, select equipment, and advise customers.
• Track record of delivering sales within Istanbul.
• Determined, results-driven, with a strong sales drive.
• Fluent in English
• Type B driving license is a must.
• No obstacles for traveling.
• Completed military service for male candidates.
