We’re looking for a Clinical Consultant to join our Upper Extremities team in Brisbane on a 12-month contract. In this role, you’ll be hands-on in theatre, supporting procedures, building strong partnerships with hospital staff and becoming a trusted clinical expert in Stryker’s product portfolio.

What you’ll do:

• Provide clinical and technical support to surgeons during upper extremity procedures

• Educate and train theatre staff on the use of Stryker’s products and techniques

• Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, nurses and hospital staff across your territory

• Partner with Territory Managers to deliver on business plans and territory strategy

• Stay current on new technologies and industry developments to provide best-in-class service

• Adapt to the needs of the operating room, responding quickly and effectively to challenges

Who you are:

• Adaptable and confident working in fast-paced, theatre environments

• A strong communicator with the ability to build trust quickly

• Solutions-focused, reliable and composed under pressure

• A team player who enjoys working collaboratively with others

• Background in nursing, physiotherapy, biomedical science, or sales is an advantage — but full training will be provided
