Responsibilities:

1. Design and document game mechanics, systems, and features, ensuring they align with the overall game vision and target audience.
2. Create detailed game design documents, including game flow, level design, character design, and item design.
3. Develop and iterate on gameplay prototypes and mechanics to ensure they are fun, engaging, and balanced.
4. Collaborate with the development team to implement game design features and ensure they are implemented according to specifications.
5. Create the validation criterias based on the main game design and iterations based on data and user feedback.
6. Conduct playtesting and gather feedback from players to identify areas for improvement.
7. Analyze player data and feedback to understand player behavior and identify opportunities for optimization.
8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in game design.

Requirements:

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Passion for games and a desire to create innovative and engaging experiences.
