The ISM Functional Leader is accountable for defining, shaping, and delivering the business vision of Integrated Service Management (ISM) for Field Services Scoping, Cost Estimate in close partnership with Region ITR and OFS Organization.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Business Strategy & Vision: Define and lead the Field Services functional vision for scope and cost estimation, aligning global execution practices with productivity, customer outcomes, and ISM transformation goals.
• Process Harmonization & Operating Model: Establish and drive a harmonized Field Services operating model across regions and profit pools, embedding Lean principles and daily standard work to simplify scoping, scheduling, and cost management for frontline personas. Partner with One Field Services Productivity teams to standardize and sustain systematic governance of scoping activity templates, enabling consistent reuse, integration, and scalable sharing across technologies and execution models.
• Digital Roadmap Ownership: Own the functional digitization roadmap for Field Services within ISM, ensuring Salesforce serves as the orchestration layer integrated with enterprise scheduling and operational systems.
• Transformation Delivery Partnership: Partner with Digital Technology and cross-functional leaders to translate business intent into scalable delivery outcomes, ensuring clear scope boundaries and value-driven prioritization.
• Change Leadership & Adoption: Drive stakeholder alignment and adoption across regions, embedding new ways of working while leading the structured retirement of legacy processes and tools in alignment with the ISM roadmap. Champion AI adoption through Salesforce and the GEV AI platform by enabling frontline teams to leverage AI-assisted decision support, ensuring responsible usage, trust, and measurable business value as part of daily operations.
• People & Capability Leadership: Establish governance, decision rights, and escalation paths that enable fast, confident execution and cross-team collaboration.
• Legacy Application: Provide functional leadership over assigned legacy applications, ensuring controlled backlog execution and alignment with formal sunset milestones.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Extensive experience in cross functional roles supporting Commercial, Supply Chain, Field Services, Region Operations organizations.

Desired Characteristics

• Proven experience leading service, operations, or field service transformations using Digital Technology.
• Strong background in process standardization, Lean, and operating model design.
• Functional expertise with GEV Applications like EventVision, Field Vision and ERP-integrated environments (Oracle, SAP, or similar).
• Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into scalable digital solutions in partnership with IT.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $119,600.00 and $199,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

 

 

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
