As a Core Operations Account Implementation & Support Analyst, you will be responsible for coordinating with internal and external setup and review for local market openings and system setup to ensure operational readiness for mutual funds, Exchange Traded Funds (ETF), Collective Investment Trusts (CIT) fund launches, Separate Institutional Accounts, and Private Client Services (PCS). You'll service key internal and external partners and clients by addressing ad hoc inquiries. You'll work independently on standardized/recurring assignments while under the supervision of more senior associates for daily production, complex projects, and ad hoc requests.

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a relevant field of study.  

  • You have industry experience working with mutual funds, Exchange Traded Funds (ETF), Collective Investment Trusts (CIT), Institutional Separate Accounts, and other retail products. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of trade flow processes and has hands-on experience with local market openings, demonstrating the ability to navigate complex operational setups efficiently.

  • You demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all aspect of work responsibilities.

  • You are proficient in Microsoft Excel which includes experience with VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and pivot tables. The ideal candidate would have familiarity with VBA (Virtual Basic for Applications)/Macros, Tableau, and Alteryx.

  • You are effective at communicating with internal and external stakeholders with varying levels of experience.  

  • You are highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality in a deadline driven environment.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
