Meet the team:

Founded in 1999, Dexcom, Inc. provides continuous glucose monitoring technology to help patients and
their clinicians better manage diabetes. Since our inception, we have focused on better outcomes for
patients, caregivers, and clinicians by delivering solutions for people with diabetes - while empowering our
community to take control of diabetes.
This position supports Sales Incentive Compensation (IC) plan design, goal setting, administration, and
execution across the EMEA region. The role partners with Global Sales Operations, EMEA Sales
Leadership, HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure incentive programs are accurate, auditable, and
aligned with Dexcom’s Global IC philosophy and governance standards.
Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and comfort operating in
a multi-country, matrixed environment.

Where you come in:

  • Support EMEA incentive compensation plan design in alignment with Dexcom’s Global IC Guidelines
    and approved governance direction.
  • Execute quarterly and annual IC administration cycles, including goal loading, performance
    measurement, and payout calculations.
  • Partner with Global Sales Operations to ensure regional consistency and standardization across IC
    plans while accommodating approved EMEAspecific exceptions.
  • Prepare IC analyses and reporting (attainment, payout distributions, performance vs. thresholds) for
    leadership and governance review.
  • Contribute to Global and EMEA IC Health Check reviews, identifying risks, trends, and anomalies in
    IC outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary IC operational contact for EMEA Sales Leadership, HRBPs, and Finance
    partners.
  • Support external IC vendors by validating data, clarifying business rules, and resolving calculation
    issues.
  • Maintain accurate IC documentation, calculations, and controls to support audit and compliance
    requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate IC policies, internal controls, and timelines.

What makes you successful:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • You have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Incentive Compensation, or a
    related analytical role, preferably in a global or matrixed organization.
  • You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and
    translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • You have hands-on experience with IC tools and platforms (e.g., Axtria SalesIQ, Xactly, Incentive
    360, Anaplan, etc), and are comfortable working with large datasets using Excel, SQL, or BI tools
    like Tableau or Power BI.
  •  You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and
    meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
    at all levels and across geographies.
  • You bring a collaborative mindset and thrive in cross-functional teams, acting as a bridge between
    business users and technical teams.
  • You are proactive, resourceful, and eager to drive continuous improvement in processes and
    systems.
  • You ideally have experience working with Generative AI, developing chat bots or other business use
    cases of this technology.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience.

Flex Workplace:

  • Your primary location will be your assigned Dexcom site, but you may work part of the week from a home office. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically within an hour’s commute).

Monthly base salary for this position is from €3,102.50 to €3,832.50 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
