Position Summary

1. Maximize the revenue and profit by planning and executing the sales strategy and plan optimized for the selected channel account based on the regional business strategy. 2. Build a foundation for maximizing sales revenue and profit based on the trust and teamwork with the channel accounts.2. Role and Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly/ quarterly Sales target via Joint Business Plan with allocated resources and coming product line-up planning
• Budget management: control allocated budget ratio with most effective schemes, control sell-in, sell-thru, sell-out
• Analyze the sales data, the competitor's information, handle and resolve issues
• Co-marketing & Promotion: budget management, planning with customer, in-store promotion deployment, channel marketing, floor-salesman incentive scheme.
• Build up strong Sales Fundamentals & Scorecard for evaluation (Sales growth, Sales Forecast, In-house share, Stock supply, Credit, Payment process & Operational issues)
• Manage strong Field Force team of Retail team leaders and product specialist in assigned customer stores.

• Work closely with Samsung SCM, Logistics, PM, Marcom, RMCE, CS, and BM team for smooth and effective operation.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor degree of Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 5 years of Sales management experience in electronic industry
• Strong Sales management, decision making and Execution capability in a fast-paced Electronics / Consumer electronic industry.
• Strong leadership and entrepreneurial spirit, Collaborative, Creative, resourceful & strategic minded.
• Independent, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good analytical skills and high adaptability in a fast moving environment.
