Job Overview:

The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for providing support to the talent acquisition process through pre-hire and post-hire activities. Driven by quality, the Onboarding Specialist is an expert at background verification, consistent follow-up and communication with new hires, task completion including but not limited to Form I-9’s and policy acknowledgements, and reviewing CRD’s.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete welcome calls and email to all candidates.

  • Provide excellent onboarding experience to candidates, client teams, and clients by responding quickly to all inquiries.

  • Assist candidate with any questions or concerns throughout the process.

  • Enter and track standard, rush, high priority, and high level candidate orders.

  • Monitor candidate onboarding tasks to ensure completion before or by due date.

  • Review and manage vendor systems daily to ensure progress and escalate accordingly.

  • Proactively alerts client teams to any potential issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 1-2 years’ experience in Human Resources field

  • 1 + years' experience with Workday

  • 1+ years' experience with Salesforce

Core Competencies:

  • Extreme attention to detail

  • Strong written and verbal communication skill set

  • High level of empathy

  • Tactically strong

Preferences:

  • Prior experience in an Onboarding role or knowledge of Onboarding process

  • Onboarding within the financial industry


 

Pay Range:

$19.86-$33.13/hour


 

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
