• 10% Utilize compressor technical knowledge to achieve products manufacturing in factory base drawings and requirements, Work with compressor and chiller designer engineer / manufacturing engineer/ quality engineer/ to give suggestion on the design improvement on compressors performance, cost, manufacturability, serviceability and quality.

• 20%Working with other functions support to build Engineering Checking Sample and Manufacturing Checking Sample; Support Manufacturing function to achieve production line running smoothly.  Troubleshooting the issue meeting in manufacturing
• 20%Work with Supply-chain function to select purchasing part and communicates Specification to supplier, update product cost associate with different design stage.
• 20%Take lead NPCA process so that manufacturing can follow design change timely; release drawings and upgrade BOM timely
• 15%Support Quality function for supplier development and qualification; and take lead keys parts localization to achieve cost reduction.
• 10%Support sales department for special order.
• 5%Troubleshooting in job site and support aftermarket to resolve compressor quality issues

最低要求:

• 压缩机、制冷相关科系本科或硕士毕业
  Master or Bachelor degree with major in Compressor & HVAC or related area

• 至少5年相关工作经验

  At least 5 year related working experience

• 良好的沟通能力（若英语能力较强优先），和团队合作精神

  Strong communication skills, primarily in English; Teamwork skills required
