The Senior Analyst is a member of the Shared Services Finance organization with responsibility for supporting the various businesses under the IDEX Health & Science platform. The role will provide financial and management reporting, perform compliance activities, & support aspects of commercial, budgeting, forecasting activities, including ad-hoc financial analyses.

SCOPE / SUPERVISION & INTERACTION:

The Senior Analyst reports to the Sr. Finance Manager and is responsible to help compile, summarize and analyze commercial & other financial data. Directly interacts with Finance Directors, Controllers, Analysts and other functional departments. Participates in the preparation and analysis of monthly commercial/financial based business reviews.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs financial controls (revenue cut-off, tie-outs, pricing audits, etc.) across IH&S business monthly.
• Supports periodic (daily, weekly) reporting.
• Supports price, mix & other margin analytics as needed.
• Participates in the preparation and analysis of monthly business reviews, P&L analysis/actions, KPI monitoring & root cause counter measure support.
• Participates in special projects and assignments.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• Minimum of 5 years of finance experience. Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience in preparing, analyzing, and implementing accounting and reporting requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems is required. JD Edwards preferred.
• Expert skills in Excel, PowerBI and SAP Web Intelligence; high proficiency in OneStream and other Microsoft Office Applications.
• Ideal candidate will have experience working with remote and global colleagues from virtual office.
