The Opportunity:
We are looking for Head of Sales Services who:
- Lead and manage a team providing services to the Sales force including Compensation and Sales support for PD.
- Work with partners, sales team and other business functions to initiate, develop and exit the partnerships. Meet and exceed service delivery to partners.
- Ensure the business complied with regulatory requirement and partner with PD Sales Team to support PD sustainable growth by project leading PD quality improvement initiatives.
- Lead data & digital transformation for PD operations
- Drive and enhance operational efficiency
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive automation in managing Sales support and coordination processes. Develop and conduct training programs to end users on tools and processes.
- Track and improve the process effectiveness.
- Be central point of coordination internally & externally for PD’s data and digitalization processes Work closely with Sales forces as necessary to confer on quality issues and review additional commercial opportunities, identification, and elimination of causes of below specifications of business quality.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, managers, project teams and external partners, vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure deliverables and stakeholders satisfaction.
- Manage PD assets (mainly Sales tools) including warehouse management & stock reconciliation with Finance and Sales team.
- Be accountable for compensation payment maintenance and new implementation.
- Ensure payment practices in line with Distribution Agreement/ Compensation scheme and incentive scheme /Tax rules and using automation where appropriate.
Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree of Economics, Business Administration, Insurance
- Experience: Min. 10 years in Insurance or Financial services industry
- Proficient in MS Office
- Master in compensation system/policy admin system
- Good communication skills
