About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Management Lead to oversee the deployment of GenWizard across IMS and AMS. This role is responsible for driving project success through strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, resource management, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution:
  Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for GenWizard deployment. Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution.

• Stakeholder Management:
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IMS and AMS leads, technical teams, and business stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications. Facilitate regular status meetings and provide updates to senior leadership.

• Resource Management:
  Coordinate and allocate resources to meet project goals. Ensure team members understand their roles and responsibilities. Monitor team performance and provide guidance and support as needed.

• Quality Assurance & Reporting:
  Ensure deployments meet quality standards and align with organizational goals. Track and report on project progress, milestones, and deliverables. Conduct post-deployment reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in technology deployment or managed services environments.

• Strong understanding of IMS and AMS operations and processes.

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project, JIRA).

• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with GenWizard or similar automation tools.

• Experience managing large-scale deployments or transformation projects.

• Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks.
