We are seeking a dynamic Field Marketing Director who is motivated by the opportunity to shape and execute comprehensive marketing initiatives. In this role, you will leverage your field marketing expertise to design and implement localized strategies that align with our global vision, ensuring region-specific needs are addressed.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Director of Field Marketing to lead regional marketing with digital expertise. The ideal candidate will create and execute data-driven strategies using SEO, SEM, social media, email automation, and analytics. They will transform traditional methods to dynamic, digitally integrated field marketing, develop localized campaigns, and ensure seamless multi-channel execution. Emphasizing account-based marketing and strategic event management for sales alignment and customer engagement is crucial.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the field marketing team in the creation of localized marketing strategies that align with global strategies while addressing region-specific needs. 
  • Ensure campaign effectiveness by continuously optimizing strategies based on performance data and market insights.
  • Designing and implementing integrated marketing plans with a focus on digital channels. This involves ensuring cohesive execution across platforms such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
  • Leading the ABM strategy for the field marketing team. Ensure collaboration with sales teams to create and execute targeted ABM strategies that align with account priorities and revenue goals. 
  • Create regular reporting on campaign results and lead team in optimizing campaigns across multiple digital and offline channels, ensuring consistent messaging and results-driven tactics.
  • Using marketing analytics and market research to gain actionable insights for optimizing marketing spend. This includes maximizing ROI, customer acquisition, and retention. Proficiency in analytics tools is essential for tracking KPIs, customer acquisition costs, and lifetime value (LTV).
  • Taking ownership and leading the team on the regional event strategy, including planning, execution, and post-event analysis. Partner with central events teams and ensure a smooth collaboration between field team, events team and sales to drive attendance, engagement, and measurable outcomes from events.
  • Collaborating with sales, central marketing, and research network teams to align messaging, campaign execution, and customer engagement strategies. It involves fostering a cross-functional approach for integrated marketing campaigns that resonate regionally.
  • Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing marketing team, ensuring they are proficient in digital marketing and cross-channel campaign execution. 
  • Guiding the team in adopting and mastering digital tools and integrated strategies across multiple platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.) to drive business results.


Requirements

  • 8-15 years of field marketing experience, with a focus on digital marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), event management, and integrated campaign management. B2B marketing experience is essential.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, marketing automation, and analytics. Experience leading digital-first marketing initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Able to create, develop and launch new marketing programs and initiatives with the team. You should bring fresh ideas to the table and foster innovation in campaign creation and execution.
  • A demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions, business priorities, and customer needs. You should be able to pivot marketing strategies and tactics with speed and efficiency, ensuring that efforts remain relevant and impactful.
  • Experience in leading cross-channel campaigns, seamlessly integrating efforts across digital platforms, events, email marketing, social media, and more, to deliver a cohesive and effective customer experience.
  • Experience with excellent analytical skills to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights for digital campaign enhancement. Proficiency in using analytics tools to track KPIs, CAC, LTV, and ROI is crucial. The ideal candidate will utilise data-driven insights to optimise campaign performance and enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • This role requires a thorough grasp of lead management processes and close collaboration with sales, marketing, and marketing operations teams. The ideal candidate should be capable of training and mentoring the team in best practices and organizing field marketing initiatives.
  • Responsible for generating leads, increasing brand awareness, and engaging with the audience. They will need to work closely with sales, product, and cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing strategies align with sales objectives and customer engagement goals. Effective communication with stakeholders is essential.
  • Able to navigate through complexity and ambiguity, remaining resilient under pressure while delivering results. Strong problem-solving capabilities, focusing on continuous improvement in marketing processes and outcomes.
