We are seeking a Business Test Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and leadership teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality applications across Android, iOS-based devices including mobile, TV and other living room devices. This role requires someone with exceptional analytical skills, strong technical acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should be comfortable stretching their working hours to meet critical release timelines.

1.      Production Use Case Analysis and Convert to Details Test Suites

·       Perform direct exploratory test on Production systems across devices and Regions to find anomalies and frictions

·       Ability to use tools like fullStory , Google Analytic to derive analytical pattern and find out faults and improvements

2.      Requirement Tracking & Management

·       Maintain a requirements traceability matrix to ensure alignment with Production Quality Goals.

·       Communicate updates to relevant stakeholders intuitively.

3.     Quality Assurance Validation of Production Systems

·       By Planned and Adhoc Production exploration testing

·       Creating Funnels for various product user journey scenarios and analysing the result resourcefully and generate action item for Development team

5.      Release Support

·       Understand the Release Scope and plan the Validation scope. Ability to discover Elements, Events/ CSS Selector from Browsers

·       Analyze various user flow for both good and impacted scenarios based on above data points.

Educational Background:

·       Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field

·       Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

·       Experience with FullStory , Google Analytic, Automation Testing.

·       Good control on Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Report preparation for Executive consumption
