We are seeking a Technical Development Manager to lead a software team in the design, development, validation, delivery, and maintenance of Centrix products.

 

Responsibilities

Lead and manage developing, validating, and maintaining software products through the complete agile software development cycle

Collaborate with extended development management teams to identify, prioritize, evaluate, and deliver optimized solutions

Work closely with Product management, and design teams as well as customers adopting the modernized and strategic solutions

Identify and track project milestones

Present clear and concise status to leadership

Continuously grow the skills and experiences of the team

 

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

B.E/ B.Tech in (Comp Science or relevant stream) and a minimum of 8 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with 6+ years of experience.

Knowledge in Enterprise development techniques

Web development experience (HTML5, JS/TypeScript/React JS/Vue JS) 

Experience in development, including proficiency in at least one programming language ( C#, .Net Core ) and scripting. Database expertise, both in SQL and NoSQL databases.

Experience with designing and building systems

Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD and pipelines.

Strong experience debugging complex web applications issues through code review and detailed logs  

Excellent communication and leading skills especially with highly technical team members

Strong communication, leadership, analysis, and priority-setting skills

Ability to foster a culture of continuous engineering improvement through mentoring, feedback, and metrics

Experience with cross-site teaming and organizational management

This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
