About the role:

Act as a leader within the Occupier Services team, leading strategic Client accounts that have a core scope in Transaction Advisory and Management as well as additional services. Deliver exceptional service and strategic direction for clients. Play a key role in the ongoing improvement of our clients processes.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead Quarterly and Annual client business reviews – Spearhead initiatives (including Best Practices and Lessons Learned, and Performance Measurement and Management) through active engagement with clients, and leading respective account teams to ensure compliance and quality.

  • Deliver Client Real Estate Portfolio Optimization – Demonstrate an excellent ability to lead and direct account teams to complete comprehensive analyses on client portfolios and create executive summaries which identify opportunities for clients to reduce costs, consolidate, take advantage of attractive markets, etc.

  • Leverage Transaction Advisory and Management Capabilities – Align past experience directly managing the lease transaction / tenant representation process in order to be able to provide maximum value to clients.

  • Demonstrate Strong Financial Acumen – Direct involvement and expertise around ensuring the highest level of quality and advisory through financial analytics for the clients, including industry leading financial and capital markets recommendations for clients. In addition, ensure profitability on accounts, meeting company goals and initiatives while adjusting various business levers as needed

  • Manage broad account teams – Oversee Transaction Management, Lease Administration, Consulting, Technology Services, and Project Management staff and resources assigned to accounts.

What you bring:

  • 12+ years’ experience in a senior leadership capacity within the Commercial Real Estate industry

  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to influence, negotiate and interface with client-side stakeholders at an executive level while building strong relationships.

  • Highest professional standards, with unwavering integrity and ethical conduct

  • Advanced skills in business management, human relations, financial analysis, budgeting, relationship building, time management, planning & organizing, written and verbal communication

  • Proficient with MS Suite, Excel, Workday and other technology platforms

  • Excellent negotiation skills

  • The ability to work under pressure

  • The ability to perceive problems, react quickly and use demonstrated ability in creative thinking to effect solutions.

Area/Location Specific: San Francisco, California

Approximate salary range for this role: $269,337 to $350,000

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
