As a Bid Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that vendor special pricing agreements are accurately created and maintained in our systems. Your work will help make these special conditions visible to our sales teams and customers, enabling correct pricing and supporting business profitability.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, has strong attention to detail, and is eager to learn in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
Create and maintain Vendor Special Price Agreements (UANs) in our internal systems (65%).
Review and validate vendor documentation to ensure pricing information is accurate before processing (30%).
Perform basic database maintenance and data updates (5%).
Ensure all pricing information is entered accurately and in line with established procedures.
Support the team in meeting daily service level agreements (SLAs) and quality targets.
Collaborate with colleagues across different countries and cultures, communicating regularly in English.
High School Diploma required; additional college education is a plus.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Comfortable working in a multicultural and inclusive environment.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Spanish is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to follow processes and ask questions when clarification is needed.
Good organizational skills and ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency.
Basic numerical and analytical skills.
Comfortable working with data entry and computer-based systems.
Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Quick learner with an interest in developing new skills and adapting to new technologies.
