As a Principal Industrial Security Analyst / Sr. Principal Industrial Security Analyst, your role at the Redondo Beach, Ca facility will be pivotal in supporting missions critical to national and global security. Roles and Responsibilities: Implement all requisite national security directives with specific emphasis on NISPOM, Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), Special Access Program (SAP) directives and other governing directives, as applicable. Exhibits the dedication and expectation of excellence required of a seasoned security professional while working within a team environment. The Industrial Security Analyst works as a team player, exhibits flexibility, sets priorities, and manages customer expectations in a sometimes fast-paced environment. The Industrial Security Analyst interacts with internal and external customers or Government security officials in performance of security duties.

Principal Industrial Security Analyst Basic Qualifications:

• 5 years of Industrial Security experience with Bachelor's; OR 3 years with Master’s, 1 year with a PhD OR an additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be considered in-lieu of a degree

• Candidate must have and be able to maintain an Active U.S. Government security clearance at the Secret level with a background investigation date within the last 6 years

• Experience working in a Special Program Access (SAP) environment 

• Ability to obtain and maintain access to a Special Access Program (SAP)

• Must have working knowledge of NISPOM, Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), and DOD SAP Manuals

• Working knowledge of Corporate and Govt. systems: DISS & SIMS

Sr. Principal Industrial Security Analyst Basic Qualifications:

• 8 years of Industrial Security experience with Bachelor's, 6 years with Master’s, 4 years with a PhD OR an additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be considered in-lieu of a degree

• Candidate must have and be able to maintain an Active U.S. Government security clearance at the Secret level with a background investigation date within the last 6 years

• Experience working in a Special Program Access (SAP) environment 

• Ability to obtain and maintain access to a Special Access Program (SAP)

• Must have working knowledge of NISPOM, Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), and DOD SAP Manuals

• Working knowledge of Corporate and Govt. systems: DISS & SIMS

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working as CPSO

• Demonstrated Familiarity with SAP Manual, ICD 705 and Tempest Standards

• Demonstrated familiarity with SCI

• SSO experience

• Top Secret clearance.

• OPSEC and Program Protection (P2) experience.

• Classification review experience.

• Experience completing compliance self-inspections and supporting formal customer compliance inspections.

• Self-starter with minimal supervision.

• Ability to work independently and follow projects through to completion.
