Description -

HP is seeking a strategic, client-focused Client Solutions Expert to join our growing team.  In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of direct and programmatic campaigns, ranging from strategic recommendations to post-campaign insights.  You will cultivate relationships with key brand and agency partners, driving successful campaign execution, renewals, and long-term partnerships.  You will serve as the primary client liaison across multiple accounts, ensuring that campaigns deliver on performance goals while identifying opportunities for growth and innovation in a fast-paced performance-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deep understanding of our products, offerings, and best practices to support campaign strategy and meet client objectives

  • Lead day-to-day relationships and all phases of the direct and programmatic campaign life cycle, inclusive of brand strategy, kick-off calls, tag + asset collection, creative development, performance reporting, troubleshooting, and delivery

  • Provide best-in-class client service to cultivate trusted relationships to maximize client satisfaction, retention, and growth

  • Assist in identifying client needs and implement strategic solutions to help drive partnership

  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams; sales, business development, project management solutions, ad operations, product, and business analytics to ensure campaign performance is met

  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely communication, smooth campaign delivery, and prompt sharing of client feedback to contribute to product enhancements

  • Analyze and deliver reporting, insights, and results to clients

  • Identify and generate client outreach for incremental, upsell, and renewal opportunities

  • First responder to direct and programmatic campaign troubleshooting or delayed revenue before routing for escalation

  • Funnel demand-side needs or revenue blockers to internal teams to ensure HP is well-positioned to grow and retain business

Required Qualifications

  • 5- 7+ years in Digital Media, with a focus on Sales Support, Account Management, or Project Management

  • Direct-sold and programmatic advertising experience

  • Strong knowledge of digital media platforms (e.g. DSPs, SSPs, ad servers) and metrics (e.g. viewability, CTR, engagement, ROAS)

  • Self-starter with a passion for client success and building solutions from the ground up

  • Familiarity with industry jargon and media metrics

  • Microsoft Suite proficient

  • Proven record of successful client retention and business growth

  • Highly strategic, proactive and solution-oriented

  • Thrives in a team environment and collaborates well with others

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver well-positioned presentations

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize based on account tier and urgency on a daily basis

  • Strong analytic skills to deliver reporting insights

  • Highly organized and keen attention to detail

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in supporting enterprise-level accounts (i.e. Fortune 100 with $MM budgets) is highly preferred

  • Media agency experience is a plus

  • People managing experience is a plus

  • Understanding of retail media, commerce media, CTV, OTT, and/or native advertising trends

The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $133,600 to $205,750 USD annually with a 80%/20% (salary/incentive) mix. There are additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonuses and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
